Read moreThe place is mesmerizing. The feel is calm and phlegmatic. Brings out the inner peace. Fills your heart with peace.
I was lucky to have visited the temple when there was almost no body there in.
Usually, the peace and purpose of temple gets defeated when it's too crowded by people visiting the place for 'Religious Tourism' purposes.
The temple, thankfully is not, yet, touched by the 'wave of concrete' hence it's peace is still maintained.
The temple is neat and clean. It has basic minimum required facilities. Concrete steps to the mount. Paved and concrete flooring. That's all. Which is enuf to feel good fm infra point of view and enuf to allow you time to propitiate before the giant Shiva Idol (शिवलिंग). I was lucky that I was all by myself when I was before the Lord.
Wish the place remains 'untouched' by the 'wave of development' of Religious places for 'tourism' purposes so that the true purpose of Spiritual Retreat of the temple is maintained and enhanced, amidst an encroaching sea of concrete.
Lord Shiva is the sign of inner peace. Hail Lord Shiva....
