My experience at Padma Bakery was extremely disappointing. Not only did I receive damaged products when I packed them to take home, but the quality of the products themselves was subpar. I would strongly recommend avoiding this bakery and instead visiting Kalita Sweets, which is conveniently located nearby.

One of the major issues I encountered at Padma Bakery was their customer service. The staff members displayed an attitude of superiority and acted as if they were always right. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when customers are paying for their products. It is disheartening to be treated with such disrespect when all you want is to enjoy good food.

In addition to the poor customer service, the products themselves were not up to par. The items I purchased were of low quality and did not meet my expectations. The damaged goods I received further added to my disappointment. When you spend your hard-earned money on food, you deserve to receive products that are fresh, well-made, and undamaged.

As a customer, I value my self-respect and expect to be treated with dignity and fairness. Unfortunately, Padma Bakery failed to meet these basic expectations. I will not be returning to this establishment, even if it were my last option.
