Worst service in HSR area… especially Delivery people have very bad service , delivery guy called me he gonna deliver after 20mins but I’m waiting 50mins,after he reach my location i told him to wait me 10mins but after 3mins i got notification,showing re attempt for next day. I contact customer care . They told my order will delivery next day morning 9am and I’m waiting till 9am still didn’t get any call from delivery guy around 12pm again i got messages’ they cancelled my order’ … waist of time to contact customer care service because they didn’t help anything… worst service ever in Hsr area.. i reorder but without calling it’s re attempt again...

M the owner of medical from past 1 year m ordering products ......this time your staff cheated me .....wat kind of staff your sending to deliver the product very worst service.......you are cheating to customers ... adding extra products amount in invoice .....we asked to your staff where is the item u added in invoice.....he gave the simple answer ....there is stock ...and he went off .....very worst staff...

Worst delivery agent named Shivraj Kumar K from hongasandra GB palaya Road. He didn't even visit the delivery address and return the items when I asked he said I can't delivery go and collect from kudlu gate office. I request as next I'm traveling so come and give the item as he was in near by area... But he refused to come..... Such a worst...
