Edit: What exactly do you want me to DM now? I had already called out this issue on the same day, and even a senior member came and personally discussed it with me. It was addressed right then. So why are you acting like nothing happened and asking for a different reason now? On top of that, the way this is being handled now only shows a lack of professionalism.

We canceled our plan to visit Wonderla, thinking it would be too crowded, and instead decided to visit Fun World, mainly because they also have a roller coaster and we assumed it would be a decent alternative. But after actually going there, I can confidently say it became one of our BIGGEST REGRET regrets. Most of the rides were not operational, and whenever we asked, the staff simply gave the usual excuse of "UNDER MAINTENANCE," even though there were no visible signs or boards indicating any actual repair work. It was frustrating to see that almost half the park, including the main attraction like roller coaster. The place felt more like a forgotten, deserted zone than an amusement park.

What made the experience even worse was the unprofessional behavior of the staff. When I politely asked one of the ride operator for his name so I could raise a concern with customer service, he rudely replied, "I WON'T TELL YOU MY NAME. DO WHATEVER YOU WANT." That level of arrogance toward a paying visitor was completely unacceptable and honestly quite triggering.

I ended up calling someone from their head team, expecting at least some level of responsibility. But after waiting, the person who finally came walked toward us like a tortoise on a lazy stroll, with zero urgency or concern, as if we had called him to clean cow poop instead of handle a serious customer complaint. His attitude and body language screamed disinterest, and it was clear that both the staff and management had no sense of professionalism or respect for their guests.
