A very large water body, comparatively less explored by the birders of Bangalore. The lake is very big and has an island in the centre with greenery. The tall tree and bushes in the Island provided space for birds to perch. The water seems unclean and the sides of lake are full of urban solid waste.

There is a paved footpath round the park which is around 1.5 km in length. The park has lot of greenery. Trees, bushes and gardens attracts lot of birds and butterflies.

Its open from early morning (morning walk time) to evening (around 7 30 pm). There is no public toilet facilities in the park. No fees are charged from the visitors.
