I am writing my review to express my extreme disappointment and utter disbelief regarding the appalling experience I recently had at your establishment. As a long-time patron of Swati Restaurant(Magadi road, Anjananagar), I have always held your establishment in high regard for its quality food and exceptional service. However, my most recent visit has left me feeling disgusted and outraged.

Upon arriving at Swati Restaurant today, I was looking forward to enjoying a delightful meal with my family. Unfortunately, the experience quickly turned into a nightmare when we were served spoiled food. It is beyond comprehension how a renowned establishment like yours could serve such low-quality and unfit-for-consumption dishes.

To begin with, the smell emanating from the Dal Kichidi was pungent and unmistakably putrid. It was as if the ingredients used were rotten or tried recooking the old spoiled Kichidi. The taste was equally revolting, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste.

It is extremely disheartening to witness such a decline in the standards that were once upheld at Swati Restaurant. .

As a loyal customer, I had never anticipated encountering such a shocking and distressing experience at Swati Restaurant. The substandard quality of the food and the unsatisfactory response from your staff have left a lasting negative impression. I believe it is imperative for a restaurant of your stature to take customer satisfaction seriously and to address such concerns promptly.

I strongly urge you to investigate this incident thoroughly, reevaluate your food quality control procedures, and implement necessary changes to ensure that such a deplorable situation does not arise again. Additionally, it would be greatly appreciated if you could offer an explanation for the incident and extend an apology for the distress caused.

This is my experience with this restaurant . I came back from a long drive and wanted to enjoy some hot and spicy food .

1 . Service for fine dine is anything but fine dine and I would not recommend anyone going to the first floor to eat . The person who was taking orders was on his cell phone and made the following mistakes

Ordered cool drink but came only after i reminded 3 times approximately 30 mins

food that i got after 30 mins was cold

clearly said no mushroom but there were mushrooms in my food

touched my food to the table and when I asked him to be careful he said the plate is too small like it was my fault

2 . Food tastes good but service is very very poor for the price that i am paying for

3 . I had to ask for ice creams 3 times again and decided to cancel .

Last night, my wife, our 2-year-old toddler, and I dined at Swathi. The ambiance was pleasant, and the service was generally decent. We ordered meals with Andhra Chilli Chicken for myself, Nan with Guntur Chicken for my wife, and Lemon Chicken for our toddler.

Unfortunately, around 11:30 PM, I began experiencing severe food poisoning, resulting in multiple bouts of vomiting and diarrhea throughout the night. This significantly impacted my health and appetite.

While we enjoyed the food initially, the subsequent health issues are concerning. It's crucial for restaurants to prioritize food safety and hygiene to protect their customers.
