Read moreI went to the Garden of Silence near Sukhna Lake in Chandigarh, India, and it was really nice. It's easy to find because it's close to Sukhna Lake, and you can go up some stairs to get there. The best times to go are early in the morning or in the evening when it's not too dark. It's a peaceful place to spend about 15-20 minutes away from the busy city.
The Garden of Silence is really quiet and makes you feel calm. You can take a relaxing walk around Sukhna Lake and then spend 10 minutes here just thinking quietly. It's like a peaceful haven away from all the noise.
This place is also very green and has a nice view of the end of Sukhna Lake, which is cool if you've never seen it before. It's all about relaxation and nature here. There's a statue of Buddha in the middle, which adds to the calm feeling.
You can visit the garden every day from 6 am to 10 pm. But be prepared for it to be busier on weekends and holidays. You can easily get there by bus or metro. Overall, the Garden of Silence is a lovely spot to find peace and quiet. It's perfect for meditation or just taking a break in a beautiful natural setting. Even though it has a few downsides like getting crowded and some areas not being so well-kept, I think it's definitely worth a visit. Try to go during quieter times to fully enjoy the...
