Jawahar Nehru Park — Attraction in Chhattisgarh

Currently being merged with the City zoo- 'Maitri Bagh.' Earlier it used to have a separate entrance but that has now been closed and the park is currently restricted for entry purpose. Once the project is complete, I.e. it gets merged with the zoo maybe then you can visit it. It had some nice trails around a huge pond and some mesmerizing views.

P.S.: Entry is usually allowed during the Chhath Festival.

It needs some additional security features and lightning facilities to make a better spot...

Good location for a family picnic or photo shoot with friends but the cleanliness is very awful and also the security is a concern , but the place will become fantastic to hangout with in 5-6 yrs as it will be covered within the maitri garden and the pond will be used for boating so just wait for some time and enjoy the beauty of this place once it gets incorporated into maitri...
