Shaheed Udyaan — Attraction in Chhattisgarh

We had gone there with family and kids ... we enjoyed our time there. What to expect : well manicured , clean, good maintenance park / garden with children's park and open gym which children enjoy...Good environment to walk. It's a wonderful place to chat with family and spend some quality time with them. Entry fees is of 10 rs adult , children free. There are eating option inside the park where chhattisgarh delicacy like farra, chilla, gulgule....is available. Sabudana vada, momos , pyaaj bhajiya etc are also available with tea, coffee drinks... cotton candy, popcorn 🍿 etc are available too. The garden and all is nice but the staff is too rude. Didn't even let people play and fight. Totally mood spoiler. I really like this garden before but such poor staffs only spoil our good fun mood. Literally never expected someone being so rude. We just arrived and was playing in the swing but she started shouting at us and telling us to go down. Like we would steal that swing and take it home with us. And she argued with us for 10 minutes. And said she would fine us just for playing in the swing. Really too much disappointed in the staff quality. This is her picture attached. She even said that our parents didn't give us education as we were playing in the garden. Did she mean only uneducated people comes to the garden to play ?? And if we want to play where should we go?? Really we pay entry fees only to get treated so rudely by the staff. Go there to pay your sincere tribute before the giant metallic (25 feet) statue of Shaheed Bhagat Singh! The park is small but finely constructed, with uniform blanket of grass, basic fountains, ample lighting, plenty of places to sit, prospective 3-D laser show, nationalistic wall depictions, colossal 100 feet high tricolour, and respectful mention of all police/force men who have sacrificed their invaluable lives on the line of duty since 2000! Unless the authority fixes a nominal entry fee it’ll be always too crowded for families to laze around in weekends. Please be a responsible citizen when you visit Shaheed Uddyan. Do not litter.
