🛕Kawardha Shri Madwa Mahal Bhoramdev🛕 Madwa Mahal is another important historical monument worth visiting near Bhoramdev Temple. At a distance of half a kilometer from Bhoramdev temple to the south, near Chaira village, there is a stone-built Shiva temple facing west, which is called Madwa Mahal. , Madwa Mahal is known as the memorial of the marriage of Nagavanshi king and Haihavanshi queen. Madwa means marriage pandal in the local dialect. Although originally Madwa Mahal was a Shiva temple, but because of its shape like a wedding tent, it is known as Madwa Mahal. It is also called Dulha Dev. Nagvanshi emperor Ramchandra Dev built the temple here in 1349. In whose sanctum sanctorum Shivalinga is installed and this pavilion rests on 16 pillars. Very beautiful and erotic sculptures have been made on the outer walls of this temple. The Kamoka sculptures painted on these walls are depicted in 54 different postures.All the asanas here are inspired by Kamasutra. Which is actually a symbol of infinite love and beauty. All these illustrations are also important from the artistic point of view. The then Nagavanshi kings had great faith in Tantra. As indicated by the turmeric marks on the walls. They must have been performed during marriages and other rituals. Bhoramdev Temple is unique for its architectural background along with natural beauty. This temple is mainly built in two parts. A temple was built in one part of it and the other part was built by carving on stones. The main Bhoramdev temple is built in front of a picturesque and calm lake. This medieval temple has been built at a height of 5 feet by combining the mandap antaral and the sanctum sanctorum. The east facing temple has gate. I Hope This Will Help You❣️ Thank You For Reading 🙏 🛕 कवर्धा श्री मड़वा महल भोरमदेव 🛕 भोरमदेव मंदिर के पास एक और महत्वपूर्ण एतिहासिक स्मारक मड़वा महल दर्षनीय हैं। भोरमदेव मंदिर से आधे किलोमीटर की दूरी पर दक्षिण में चैरा ग्राम के समीप एक प्रस्तर निर्मित पश्चिमांभिमुख एक शिव मंदिर है, जिसे मड़वा महल कहा जाता है। । मड़वा महल को नागवंशी राजा और हैहवंशी रानी के विवाह के स्मारक के रूप में जाना जाता हैं। स्थानीय बोली में मड़वा का अर्थ विवाह पंडाल होता हैं। वैसे तो मूल रूप से मड़वा महल एक शिव मंदिर था परंतु इसका आकार विवाह के शामियाना की तरह होने के कारण इसे मड़वा महल के रूप में जाना जाता हैं। इसे दुल्हा देव भी कहा जाता हैं। नागवंशी सम्राट रामचंद्र देव ने सन 1349 में यहां मंदिर का निर्माण कराया। जिसके गर्भगृह में शिवलिंग स्थापित हैं और यह मंडप 16 स्तंभो पर टिकी हुर्इ हैं। इस मंदिर के बाहय दीवारो पर बेहद सुंदर ऐवम कामोत्तेजक मूर्तियां बनार्इ गर्इ हैं। इन दीवारों पर चित्रित कामोक मूर्तियां विभिन्न 54 मुद्राओं में दर्शायी गयी हैं। यहां सारे आसन कामसूत्र से प्रेरित हैं। जो कि वास्तव में अनंत प्रेम और सुंदरता का प्रतिक हैं। यह सारे चित्रण कलात्मक दृषिट से भी महत्वपूर्ण हैं। तत्कालीन नागवंषी राजाओं का तंत्रपर अत्यधिक विश्वास करते थे। जैसा कि दिवारों पर बने हल्दी के निशानों से इसका संकेत मिलता हैं। कि विवाह और अन्य अनुष्ठानों के समय इनका प्रर्दशन  किया जाता रहा होगा।भोरमदेव मंदिर प्राकृतिक सौंदर्य के साथ ही अपनी वास्तुकला की पृष्ठ भूमि के लिए भी अद्वितीय हैं। यह मंदिर मुख्यत: दो भागों में बना हैं। इसके एक भाग में मंदिर बनाया गया एवं दूसरे भाग को पत्थरों पर नक्काशी के द्वारा निर्मित किया मुख्य भोरमदेव मंदिर सुरम्य एवं शांत झील के सामने बना हैं। इस मध्य युगीन मंदिर 5 फीट उंचे स्थान पर मंडप अंतराल और गर्भगृह के मिलाकर बनाया गया हैं। पूर्व मुखी मंदिर में पश्चिम को छोड़कर तीनों दिशाओं पर द्वार हैं। र्इंट निर्मित मंदिर भी गर्भगृह के समान हैं। परंतु यहां मंडप नहीं बना हैं। इस मंदिर के उपर भी भोरमदेव मंदिर जैसा ही आकार बनाया गया हैं। परंतु इसकी चोटी का भाग मध्य में टूटा हुआ है। गर्भगृह के प्रवेश द्वारा पूरी तरह से पाषाण निर्मित हैं जिसका केंद्र स्तंभ आसपास के तीन स्तंभों से जुड़ा हुआ हैं। मुख्य मंदिर के बाहर शिवलिंग और उमा महेष्वर की मूर्तियां स्थापित हैं। उनके सामने राजा और रानी उपासना कर रहे हैं।

Just one km. away from Bhoramdeo, Mandwa Mahal is known as the memorial of the marriage of Nagwanshi king and Haihawanshi Queen. Mandwa is a word from the local dialect synonymous to marriage pandal. Mandwa Mahal was originally a Shiv temple but due its shape, like a marriage shamiyana, it is known as Mandwa Mahal. It is also called Dullhadeo. Nagwanshi emperor Ramchandra Deo has built it in 1349 A.D. The Shiva Linga is inside the Garbha Grih and the Mandap rests upon 16 pillars.



The erogenous idols of this temple are also extremely beautiful. On the outer walls there are as many as 54 erotic sculptures in different poses. These asanas from the Kama Sutra, are truly an epitome of eternal love and beauty. They are artistically significant too. The Nagwanshi Kings were believed to be the practitioners of Tantra as their contemporaries in Khajuraho. The traces of turmeric on the walls, indicate that marriage and other rituals must have been performed here from time to time.
