Review for Glued Supercharged– A Perfect Birthday Celebration!

I recently hosted my son's 9th birthday party at Glued Supercharged, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with absolute professionalism and warmth, making the entire event stress-free and enjoyable.

The Games – A Big Hit with the Kids! The arcade had a fantastic selection of games, from classic arcade machines to VR experiences. The kids were completely engrossed, running from one game to another with pure excitement. The variety ensured that every child, regardless of their interests, found something they loved. The Arcade and FC were particular favorites.

The Food – Surprisingly Delicious! Most gaming arcades don’t focus much on food, but here, the quality exceeded my expectations. The snacks were fresh, the pizzas were loaded with toppings and perfectly baked, and the fries were crispy and hot. The kids devoured the pasta and sandwiches, and even the parents were impressed with the menu.

The Staff – Humble, Helpful, and Organized One of the best aspects of our experience was the incredible staff. Everyone was polite, proactive, and genuinely eager to ensure that the party ran smoothly. A special mention to Arpana, our party coordinator, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was attentive, handled all the last-minute details effortlessly, and was fantastic with the kids. From organizing the Cake Cutting to ensuring the food was served on time, she made the entire experience seamless and stress-free for us parents.

Final Verdict – Highly Recommended! If you're looking for a fun, hassle-free, and well-organized venue for a birthday party, I highly recommend Glued Supercharged. The combination of great games, delicious food, and outstanding service made this a birthday my son and his friends will remember for a long time.

Celebrated an Event at this Venue: 3.5 STAR The Place = 5 STAR in terms of activities available. Super place, a destination for gaming which is complete in almost all non-physical activities.Though there are few activities like the cricket and football. There are different zones for booking. The charges for booking the arcade/zones are reasonable and attarctive. Ambience and Feel = 3.5 STAR Ambience is really nice with sufficient seating. The Music was very loud and the quality of sound is not upto the mark. Food = 3.0 STAR Food was nicely prepared and seemed fresh. There was adequate supply during the buffet with average plus service and fair hygiene. They cater for outdoor catering also, which I did not opt for due to small gathering. The menu is very limited and the charges of package are over-priced. The manager was very rigid about the times for service and overall food experience was inconvenience to put it simply. After lot of coaxing and requests, a little extension was given. Ended up spending about 40% extra on Ala-carte order inspite of food package. This is an area for improvement. Hospitality = 4 STAR Two coordinators (Ms Anjali and a girl who did not introduce herself) were assigned who introduced themselves after a while. They were fairly active in assisting when required and were soft spoken. Most of the staff at the sale counters and gaming counters were well behaved and polite and happy to assist the children. OVERALL = 3.5 STAR The place looks premium but the service and managers behaviour was far from it. There were no apologies given for any lapses or thank yous taken after the bill was paid. The receipts were not given and had to be insisted. No one assisted after the bill was paid. Recommended Place with above...

We recently celebrated our 11 year old daughter’s birthday at Glued Supercharge, Noida, and I can’t recommend it enough to others. Not only did the children thoroughly enjoy themselves, we as hosts were completely hassle free and relaxed throughout.

The staff is proactive and friendly. Our party coordinator Anjali along with another staff member were with us the entire time.

Anjali was super efficient and available to everybody at all time. Right from the time the cake arrived and she put it away in the refrigerator till we carried the presents back to our car, she carefully took care of all details.

She briefed every child about the various gaming zones and guided them as per their interest. She also ensured that all the children were engaged and well attended.

She coordinated serving of food and cake cutting according to the time agreed upon. She even gathered kids for cake cutting and served the cake afterwards.

I won’t be exaggerating if I say that with her around, I felt like one of the guests at the party leaving me time to mingle with other guests and take pictures ( I took pictures for the first time ever! ) The same goes for the cleaning lady who ensured that all tables were cleared regularly as she would promptly put away all used plates and cups.
