garlic and coffee — Restaurant in Dadri

Very bad experience. I am vegetarian and ordered veg burger. After confirming thrice and even when they were serving i have specifically asked them if it’s veg or not . After confirmation i have consumed the burger and to my shock, i was served the chicken burger.

And when i have confronted, service guys were humble enough to take responsibility but the owner was too egoistic. She wanted me to slow down my voice and said its just a small mistake which everyone does. I was not going to repost this review but after her coming and talking in bad way forced me to post here. She even told me kitchen is small and this happend which makes me believe if you are vegetarian you should avoid this place as they do not have separate places for veg and nonveg items.

And to my shock , they even asked us to pay for it !!

PS: on edited comment from owner- At least 3 of you liked and finished order Clarification: In 3 people only 2 got as per their order and for me it was a horrible experience and till things got escalated, two people already had their food but it was not complementary. You did ask for money without feeling guilty. It was the experience which made us go out . We could have paid the money even after that until the owner showed up and gave bad attitude. Do not have anything for staff as they were still humble but the owner herself was throwing attitude and doesn’t want things to be seen by her existing sitting customers that they have made very sensitive goofup and you cannot call that a mistake!!!

Fyi- new order provided by you was not touched, i was not able to eat or drink the order which i made. Whole day was in doubt for me before eating anything whether its veg or not. You cannot even imagine how horrible and nightmare it was for me.

What a hidden gem this place is . You can sit here for hours and not get bored . The food is made with utmost hygiene and all the ingredients used are fresh . Their kitchen is right in front so i literally saw them using fresh paneer, desi ghee for paranthas and fresh veggies for sandwiches and pasta . Now i would want to talk about their signature dish which is mirchi chai . Never heard of it before and never tried it before but i must say it was so so so tasteful and soulsoothing .
