Japanese garden by names turned out to "MORMUGOA CHILDREN'S PARK" now. No road signs to reach this place except Google MAPS. Hardly find a sugarcane juice roadside near this park. It would help your thirst if can ride a gear bi-cycle from Vasco, which is the nearest city in Goa to this Garden.

Garden by the way filled with huge water we call beach not at the ground level. Sea level goes more than 100 foot down from this Garden's ground level. Yes! That's the "WOW" factor of this Special garden. You can find steps to reach the beach as if you're trekking downwards with ease. The more you need help on returning back from the beach

VIEW POINT: I want to insist on view point as this is the speciality of Goa. The best place for couples to wander around the islandic view not to far to reach! Can see boats between the beach and the island but not sure you about the water services!

Not only for pairs, but also for families, yes I would suggest everyone to visit these kind of nature wizards

HOW TO REACH: Public transport from VASCO, passes via MORMUGOA PORT TRUST(MPT) Bus stop, 5.1 kms. Of course, private commuters can be from walking, jogging, gear bi-cycling, motor 2-wheelering, car-ing, etc.,.

PARKING: Yes, no restrictions to on roadsides.

Restaurants: Not available

ATM: Yes, available on the way

Party Hall: Vocational community hall, where localist can arrange a happy ceremony at one of the finest, nearest view points on...

This place turned out to be a huge surprise for us on our trip to Goa because when you go to Goa, people tell you about Baga, Vagator, Tito's, chapora etc. Places like these don't get mentioned. But anyways, we headed here as we were staying in Vasco, which is 6 Kms or so from here and we had some time to kill before boarding our train back. The entrance leads towards a garden, quite a simple one, and when you walk ahead, you reach a railing and couple of park benches. This is where you realise that you are on top of a cliff and you get an awesome view of a small hill and small rocky beach. Then there is a staircase which goes downwards and it diverges into two ways: one which is kind of a small nature walk which has nothing much to see but offers ample photo opportunities (thanks to the greenery and jungle like feel all around) and the other way leads further down towards the beach. The beach is quite small and rocky, but since this place is devoid of any sort of crowd, offers great serenity and has a vibe of its own. Go here for some good photos where you can pose the way you want because you can be sure no one's...
