Lovely experience. Went there following great reviews and was not disappointed. Costs 2000 for regular, 3000 for premium, 5k for VIP and 10k for Ultra(?). You get the same amount of OTPC as your entry fee. The lowest denomination for bet being 500. Ticket allows multiple entries till 6am of following day. Photography is not allowed inside the game zone. Had to go back to put away my dslr in the car. The game floor is small but accommodating. The service was fast and they were very cordial and respectful to my 83 year old grandpa who accompanied us that night. Drinks and snacks are unlimited when gambling. 3 drinks coupon given complementary with entry ticket is only valid inside restaurant and not gaming floor. Roulette was fun as it was the only one I was familiar with. Dinner is served after 8.30pm. There is a separate restaurant area. Buffet was delicious. The appetizers were very well prepared. It was a feast! The only issue was the lackluster, loud and irritating dance performance in the dining area. I had to cover my ears with my hands the whole time the music played. Dance was the worst I'd seen in my life. Not enjoyable even if you are drunk till yout bones. Overall, an unforgettable night. Won more than 2k on Roulette. Encashed it and didn't gamble further since I am not into it. But was insightful seeing pro gamblers in action.
Final verdict: Beginners and family friendly, inexpensive entry and chance to gamble, safe, not crowded, great food and ambience. Definitely...
Read moreWORST CASINO EVER!!!!! Do yourself a favour by not going here. The game area is so small, never play black jack here!!! They dont show the cards. The dealer will win all the time. Also, EVERYONE IS SO RUDE. How can you be so rude to your guest? Why are you in this industry if you can’t be polite?? Service at the restaurant is unbelievably bad. Waiter Mr.Siddhanth was so bad, we requested him to clean 2 glasses in our table which was kept by someone else before we took that table and he replied by saying we will clean a table only once. Why should we sit in a table where a used glass by someone else is still there. What is happening??? But the Food was good, credits to kitchen!! Except the prawns which was burnt and had a black layer. At lobby they have playstation, which they say under 18 can only play it but i saw a 6 year old kid who was playing “god of war”. The game is about killing and you have to be over 18 to play that game as per rules. It is exactly the opposite to what they say! They are letting kids/ under 18’s play a game which has to be played only by over 18. Spa was just a really small room with literally 2 chairs. Anyways he did an Excellent massage!! But he uses the same towel for idk how many people because i could see the dirt marks on it when he was wiping my feet. I guess he wont change towels when wiping off the cream he applies without washing anyone’s legs
On the whole Felt like we have put 5000rupees...
Read moreMy husband and I went to this Casino for the experience, but were taken aback with what we were seeing there. Foreign females wearing skimpy clothes and dancing was what topped the list of everything bad about this place. The crowd was not at all what decent females would feel comfortable around. The food area was superr crowded with no proper management. No jain food options for people having a food preference of that sort. Again, the crowd was such that we just skipped the food altogether and suddenly we see all men taking out their mobile phones to capture something. We see in the said direction to see a rather cheap dance going on. My husband was embarassed beyond words to have brought me to such a place. We decided we'll go to the playing area, click a few good pictures. While we were waiting outside the playing area, we see another female dressed in god's knows what and why and other two females dancing behind a glass wall. We left the place immediately after seeing the class of the place. It's a shame that businesses stoop to this level to bring in more crowd and even more shameful that most of the crowd seemed ok with this. And men...oh men....predators walking freely with no shame. Where we as a community should be setting examples to show respect to women, all they were doing was objectifying women. Even the female staff there felt no shame in what was going on there. Never ever going to this...
