Overall it was fun staying their. Water Park theme is good, though they could have offered more option for water rides. I didn't took the amusement park rides. Water was not very clean, which was little disappointing. Also, they should allow entry to guardians/parents for a nominal entry fee. Because, most of the times parents/guardians don't want to use the water Park rides but just want to accompany their kids. I saw lot of people asking for such facility their. Also, entry ticket is inclusive of both water Park and amusement park (which opens at 5:00 PM), so we have to pay for amusement park even if we don't stay their till evening. My experience in this water park was terrible. The management was unfriendly and unhelpful, and the overall cleanliness was very poor

Privacy was zero.

Staff need real education and training.

The lockers were dirty and water filled in the poolwith filthy water, and we even found dead cockroaches in the pool. On top of that, the food was terrible and very expensive. It's hard to justify paying for such dirty shower screens and toilets.

Good option for karnal's and near area. You can carry your clothes and food over there. Bad things :- No one is standing to help you over there. Only 3 tubes are available for 100 people which is bad things. They didn't provide you a single person to help for slides use. There is not protection things available. Staff not co-operative.
