Bheru bagh actually deserves a 4 star , but due to the rude behaviour and lack of inexperienced people at the reception, posting a 3 star, the people at the reception think that they are the boss and own this place , very rude in here !!
There are 3 categories of rooms in here (or even more not sure ) starts from the non AC 400 , ac 850 and vip 1200!! When I came and asked for the room they immediately denied , saying that you should have booked the room in advance and later after a minute they say that sir one room of 400 is available and also says that one room of 1200 is also available, later when I checked the rooms , I asked him to give me a 1200 room immediately , and they say now it's not available, Im like what the hell dude !! Just running around from here to there wasted around 40 mins in the night !!! And then something happened and then he said sir 850 room is available, im like dude what the hell , are you guys out of mind !!! And after I checked in , there were more people who came over and suddenly he gives rooms to everybody, without anybody checking out !!
This is just pathetic guys , people come from far off destinations don't trouble them , they come with their family And younger kids !!
Guys remember that you are not the only one in here for the accommodations, there are many better places to stay in jodhpur, it's just that we are supporting our community nothing else !!! Breakfast was also not that great (according to me ) we paid 60/- per person for the breakfast!!
It's my sincere recommendation to the people at the reception, kindly don't treat humans as animals!! Kindly have some humanity (I presume you guys are humans too) !! Management needs to buckle this !!
Rest rooms are very neat and tidy, spacious rooms , clean toilets and a clean place !!! I would still recommend this place and kindly support...
Read moreI was following up with them for few months even though they were always behaving rudely over the phone but considering we are Jain travelling with family and facility is good , I decided stick to the same place. They don't confirmed or status about availability of rooms over the phone but at least they ensured me that I am travelling post diwali so I should get rooms. I have called them on travelled day as usual they never confirmed about availability and asked me all the way comedown to check about the availability. I am always wondering why they have such policy not to confirm availability over the phone even though they dont have rooms to offer. Eventually when we reached late in evening they did confirmed unavailability of rooms ..... hurree ... but they were kind enough to help us in directing other jain dharmashala and with wonder this time tone was also low.
We were impressed with the help and after fifteen minute of hunt we reached to the suggested place but it was great fiasco ... charges were equal to the hotels and rooms were not having bathroom. AC room was not having bathroom as well as toilet also. sounding very funny and pathetic also when they made such comments whatever we are charging going everything for donation. We spent one night over there since it was very late for us and moved to the star hotel next day early morning with almost equal tariff. We also found other rooms were also only occupied since they were also not having availability of rooms with Bheru Baug.
I am still having open ended question was this the only reason not to confirm room availability over the phone so that they can get opportunity to help others to redirect to another jain sharmshal?? I would like to request Jodhput Jain trust to look into this matter and take necessary steps to improve...
