Bhati Dal Bati is too much hyped place. I dont know how can this place is so popular with no basic hygiene, suffocative place, and very average ambiance. My experience was terrible, I visited this place based on some good reviews but was very disappointed by the service response of their Owner and staff.
I found their waiters were picking up soiled plates and later on without washing their hands they were serving the other customers including me. When I complained about it to their Owner, he was so rude and unprofessional with impolite attitude. I noticed he was not ready to accept any negative feedback about his service, staff and place. It was quite shocking to know that Owner don’t value it’s customers.
The place is not at all clean and hygienic. It’ll give you a feel that you’re sitting roadside and having your meals. This is not the right place for the people who look for a clean and hygenic meal. I won’t recommend this place...

Of course we liked it and ordered another plate ! We also ordered churma and papad. Their jhaaj (buttermilk) is not to be missed.
