The Masjid is situated to the left of the road near sikandari Darwaza. The minaret, about 65 feet high and 13 feet in diameter, is built in Persian style and is identical in form with the Chand Minar at Daulatabad erected in 1445 A.D by Ala-ud-din Bahmani and the minaret of the famous college of Mahmud Gawan at Bidar built during 1472 A.D.
