Hoskote Lake — Attraction in Karnataka

Wonderful place for birds Photography. We had been there at 6 o clock in the morning. The Golden timings we call. During sunrise the golden light will be reflecting from the water. That time is best for lake Photography. There will be some boats also . There were around 20 to 30 varieties of birds. From sun Bird to Brahmi Kites. Kingfisher, Red munias , Bul buls , Parrots etc.

Great place for birding in the mornings. If you go there early you will be able to see some painted storks hunting for fish, it's a wonderful sight to watch. The entrance to the lake from the main road is a little hard to find, you will need to be on the service road and look for a small mud road after the petrol bunk and before the tool gate, it's hard to spot the entrance. We visited Hoskote lake during our return trip from Kailasagiri hills Chintamani. The lake is clean and full of greenery💚 We saw few bird varieties.. another highlight is that we can drive our vehicle close to the lake to take awesome photos..
