The Infant Jesus Shrine, located in Bangalore, is a place of profound spiritual significance and serene beauty. Nestled in the bustling neighborhood of bikarnakatte, this shrine stands as a beacon of faith and hope for thousands of devotees who visit from various parts of the city and beyond.

The shrine is dedicated to the Infant Jesus, and the devotion surrounding it is palpable from the moment you step onto the premises. The architecture is simple yet elegant, with a large statue of the Infant Jesus that serves as the focal point of the shrine. The statue, adorned in regal robes, emanates a sense of peace and divine grace that instantly calms the mind.

One of the most striking aspects of the Infant Jesus Shrine is its inclusivity. People from different walks of life, regardless of their religious beliefs, are welcomed with open arms. The atmosphere is one of unity and harmony, with everyone gathering together in prayer and reflection. The Thursday Novena is particularly popular, drawing large crowds who come to seek blessings and offer their gratitude.

The shrine is well-maintained, with lush gardens and clean surroundings that add to the overall tranquility of the space. The church’s interior is adorned with beautiful stained-glass windows and simple yet moving religious artwork. The ambiance is further enhanced by the gentle sounds of hymns and the scent of incense that permeates the air.

The Infant Jesus Shrine is more than just a place of worship; it is a sanctuary where people find solace, strength, and inspiration. Whether you are a devout believer or someone seeking a moment of peace, the shrine offers an experience that is both spiritually enriching and emotionally uplifting. It is a must-visit for anyone in Bangalore seeking a connection...

The Teresian Carmelites had established themselves in Goa and in Kerala in the seventeenth century. And since the region formerly known as the Carnatic, lies between Goa in the north and Kerala in the South, the Carmelites had inevitably to pass through Karnataka when proceeding by land from Goa to Kerala. And it is not surprising to find them residing at least on a temporary basis, in places like Bijapur, which form part of today's Karnataka. In his ‘Viaggio alle Indie Orientali’ Fr. Vincent Mary of St Catherine, has left us interesting descriptions of the beliefs, customs, feasts of the Canara of his time, and even of the scenic beauties and the cultivation and other aspects of life. But he found the Christians greatly neglected. And, on his reporting the need of the Canara Christians to the Holy See, Mangalore secured its first Vicar Apostolic in 1677.

One of the best peaceful place on Mother Earth, Infant Jesus shrine is open to every one. People who come here not care or bother about cast, religion or creed. That’s why I love this place. It’s a great view honestly, it’s a shrine which is always open handed for sad, happy, joy and painful moment to share. You’ll get best consult. More over anyone who visit this Place they just fall in love. There is Chappel and 24hours adoration hall. It’s so silent and peaceful wow so great. When ever we visit this place we light a candle and have a small talk with the open hand and thank for the blessing on us. The architecture of the Chappel it’s a kind of beauty on top hill, it’s like cherry 🍒 on top of your ice cream, Just want to say there is no second tough, just give a visit and feel it when next time you are around Mangalore #kudla.
