One of the most beautiful beach but be careful. Kasarkod beach which is very close to the heart of Honnavar city is one of the most pristine, neat and uncrowded beach I've ever been to. There is an adjoining park near to the beach created by the local environmentalists which charges a very nominal Rs 10 for entrance, which allows for cold water showers, changing the clothes and has place for spending time amidst beautiful trees with swings and play area for kids. Very nice and calm beach in Apsarakonda. Usually less crowdy but awesome beach. The tides are heavy during late evening, one can rest and play in the beaches, park is also there and change room is also there in the park. You have to pay the entry fee for park entrance.
