Read moreWe have visited Jatayu adventure centre on 24 June 2019. After making the payment of 590 Rs/person at the counter, we were directed to the adventure centre. We were asked to sign a disclaimer form at the centre which states that everything is at our own risk and that the centre is not responsible for any loss, damage, disability, injury or death at the centre. Also, they have clearly mentioned that there won't be any compensation for any losses happening at the adventure centre. Moreover, there was NO MENTION OF DISCLAIMER FORM while the payment was made at the counter. We were only asked to fill this form at the entrance to the adventure section.
This is a malpractice particularly when they verbally say and publicize that the adventure centre is safe and secure for everyone, but force us to sign a totally unfair disclaimer form. Whatever they offer is verbal and whatever we should agree is a signed agreement. This contradictory behaviour is unreasonable and unethical. We were not allowed to enter the adventure section when we disagreed to sign the disclaimer form. Further, when we decided to cancel the ticket, they said there is NO REFUND as well. Particularly, one senior staff also behaved very rude and impolite to us. He mentioned that why there is a need for compensation if someone is dying. This is a very unfair statement and disrespectful behavior.
We were totally unhappy with the experience over there and we had to return without any refund. Even though we were customers, we behaved extremely politely; but the response from one staff member was very ill-mannered and...
