If I had been just to the jain temple here and left to the next destination, I might have missed the opportunity to explore those beautiful views in the inner part of Myladippara. If you are planning to visit thisnplan, get inside the forest and explore to the peaks near by with extreme care. If you're with family, getting into the inner part might be a little riskier. But, I strongly recommend not to miss it. Have a great journey and enjoy this place mindfully. By spending peaceful time inside the Coffee forest close to it

The place has a great view point once you reach the top. The trek from the base is quite lengthy, around 40 mins. The car will go half way to the top. The rest needs to be on foot. On the top there is a Jain temple. The temple was closed. The view is amazing in the morning and the whole kalpetta town can be seen from here. Other than that, there is nothing much else to do here. No security or entry tickets were there. The place could be much more maintained if efforts were put in by the government!

Myladippara is a hill top point near Kalpetta in Wayanad district of kerala state in India. On the hill top a jain temple is there. Entrance is absolutely free. There is neither ticketing nor entrance fee to enter there. Nice view. Cool climate. Vibe spot. Jain temple is nearby so its very peace and calm place. From here the view of whole Kalpetta town is visible. Its an awesome view. I Experienced it. That was very nice. There are rocks are nearby or there are full of made on rocks. So if you're going there in monsoon or rainy season please be careful about yourself. There will be a chance to slip when the rocks are wet and it is a long vertical slope. Once u slips and falls there is less chance to get a grip so it will take you down to the highways as well as mortuary😊 . So be careful while visiting in rainy season. Enjoy it all the best all of u. Thanks for reading...

its a good spot for watching sunset near the kalpetta junction in wayanad. will get a nice top view of the kalpetta town from there.. also gives a calm and peaceful ambience.. there is a 10 min small treking trail to reach the top.. so if you are going with elderly or small kids .. be prepare for that.. and also be cautious because of lack of safety trails on the side that narrow hike pass.

even at the top of that place it is poorly maintained and there are no safety rails on the side.. so be careful while going with small kids.

also parking space is very less so if you are going on a weekend.. keep that in mind.

there is a jain temple.. which was closed.. they only open the temple on some...
