Hi! my name is Hisham I'm a customer of "NEO TOKYO" I have good opinion about NEO TOKYO , specially thanks about their teams they build me this amazing specs under my budget range. And I'm so happy on this product.but they have to improve one thing.i can't say it's a major thing but it's wrong! Reason was ,I bought a budget pc combo on their Instagram page and they specially mentioned a mouse pad .that mouse pad model name was "ZEBRONICS BLAZE XL" but I don't know why they don't give me that thing .they give me some another mouse pad it's name was "ZEBRONICS FIRE STORM" that problem was in this mouse pad is that not an XL size .they showing their poster on that pc combo the mouse pad was XL size and they specially mentioned "ZEBRONICS BLAZE XL" but they give me a small mouse pad but it's ok I don't mind. Because I also work in such a similar field, and I can understand your situation . But I know most of the customers don't like this type of dealings. If they order some products and you give some random things ,they will be badly react on your teams and your branch it's will be effected on your branch . Did you remember that "CUSTOMER IS KING" right?!.
