Pizzaman — Restaurant in Kerala

Extending my hunt for good pizzas in India, I had pizza from here a month back on my visit to kochi. This review is pretty late from that time but the experience still lingers to me like it was few minutes back. Pizzaman's one usp is there really exists a yellow caped crusader who delivers pizza to your doorstep if you're in the serviceable radius. It really makes it for a fun experience but I and my trustworthy buddy had a dine in in their restaurant. It is pretty big compound with ample parking and decent indoor and outdoor seating although getting there from the city is a little cumbersome especially if you're in a bigger vehicle. Consider taking the main road with wider roads in that case. Once you see the extremely yellow themed restaurant yiu know it's a place meant for the young and vibey gen z. Wonderful ambience but could do a bit better with the washroom experience. You are greeted by very pleasant and customer friendly staff. Their menu is quite extensive and is 💯 different from all other regular pizza we get. We tried the goan beef pizza and the Hawaiian pizza. The pizza is cooked fver so wonderfully in a pretty soft and semi dense dough base. It is certainly not the lightest I've had but it is the lightest and most comforting one I had in kerala. The topping however is to die for. You get an amazing blast of flavours through out every slice of beef and indian spices and the cheese. The oil used seems to be flavourful too. I'm still not a fan of the pineapple on pizza concept but Hawaiian pizza was good too but nothing to write home about. The only problen we faced was the lack of diet coke or Pepsi (I know it's ironical lol) but having that would have been what i call a perfect pizza night. I highly reccomend this place for having pizzas. I don't think any pizzeria in kerala comes close to the experience they offer. Area of improvement is only in the washroom side I believe. I recently tried the margarita pizza from Pizzman, and I must say it was an absolute delight! The pizza was freshly made with a crispy crust that was cooked to perfection. The sauce was tangy and flavorful, and the cheese was melted just right. The basil leaves on top were a nice touch that added an extra pop of freshness to the pizza.

What I appreciated most about the margarita pizza from Pizzman was its simplicity. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality, and the pizza was not overloaded with toppings, allowing each element to shine through in every bite.

The service at Pizzman was also excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that my experience was enjoyable from start to finish.

On a road less travelled is my new fav pizza place in kochi. Had an amazing experience last weekend when we went there around lunch time. For those who like the spicy pizza, kandhari chicken is the one to have. For those who like the meaty and juicy one, go for the goan style pizza hich has a hint of vinegar. The topping was just right, the cheese not overpowering, the base was thin with a crunchy crust (not the usual thick/doughy base that turns rubbery when cold). The mango lemonade was good company to the kandhari pizza. Ample parking for bikes and 4 cars, the access road from kakkanad side is under repair but motorable. Access from edapally side is better. Seating for about 16-20 people in the AC room inside or if you enjoy sitting outside, that's a good option too, as it is quite pleasant outside.
