I went for a confession today. I approached the enquiry desk and asked the Bearded old aged guy with a heavy build ( he's bald) whether there is confession. He ignored me when I first asked him , the next time I asked him he told me to go inside and check ( if necessary). It is common knowledge - this person's arrogance and careless attitude.

People with this kind of attitude should be removed from the enquiry desk and someone professional and friendly should be posted.
