Cafe Oba — Restaurant in Kerala

Unfortunately me and my family had a time to visit the Cafe today. To be frank the experience was horrible and the service was very pathetic. Most of the items are not the menu, even orange juice, the server doesn't know what was not available and even he was not informing the guest. The funny thing is the server was took the order and informing us after 20 minutes it was not available, it was totally not acceptable for me. We order for creamy chicken pasta with chicken and mushroom. But instead of mushroom the chef put the capsicum and spoil the pasta. Who ever responsible and pending money for this place please look after this things and give a proper training for the saff otherwise soon it going to...

Very bad service... Need to wait unreasonable time... Atmosphere is fantastic...The staff need to learn to make the customers sit and enjoy, in fact now customers need to wait even for ac waiter to attend them...even though having a good ambience, sorry to say...it was a huge disappointment ever...waste of time...returned with our empty stomach and our much expected and awaited amboor biriyani is still remains as a taste to experience...waited 30 minutes for total....still no chance ... finally we returned with total...

I have faced a bad experience in this cafe. A few days before I bought one burger and one cheese-loaded fries from there as a parcel. My home and this cafe are within a 3km distance, then I reached home and have this food. after 1 hour I felt a mild stomach ache but I thought it was normal. unfortunately, it's got severe pain and started to feverish. and there I consulted a doctor who said that I got food poisoning.
