very excellent experience . Given highest consideration on safety of visitors. The operators are guiding properly and ensuring utmost safety of riders.. The entire team are very friendly, cooperative and dedicated. The maintenance is sooper. Water chlorination is proper and good standard. Heart patients, epilepsy patients, intoxicated person, pregnant ladies, patients suffering from neck/low back pain, high/low blood pressure and fear of height are adviced to avoid adventurous rides or strictly adhere the instructions of operators . Medical help desk is available. The restaurant is well maintained and providing veg and non veg food. The rate is reasonable. Wonder wagon ride is a soooper experience. However you have to wait in Que for more than 30-45 minutes during your weekend visit. Defence Personal are requested to carry their Identity Card, Since Vismaya is providing Special concession/discount an entry fee to them and their dependents. Really a great token of Patriotism .

Water rides. From mini rides to adventure rides for children and adults are available. Better to avoid cotton dress during the Water adventure rides. My highest words of appreciation to Malabar Tourism Development Co-op Societ, excellent team of Management and Staff. However I wish to submit following points to analyse and consider/implement as per the advice of experts/concerned authorities. Immersive 3 D Movie Centre. Presently used 3D glasses/goggles are providing without any sanitization or sterilization. Plz arrange to clean these used glasses after sterilising alcohol wipes or by using glasses cleaning machine, prior to issuing to the new viewers. Other wise please arrange new one against payment near to this theatre. Dress changing room. (a) Pls check the feasibility to fix/provide towel rack/hooks/cloth stand at gents group bathing point, where number of shower rose and taps provided. Users arefacing difficulties to put their clothes. One side blank wall is available o fix these hooks/racks. (b). To provide a slip resistant path way inside the changing room by fixing textured or matte _finish ceramic/Porcelain tiles to avoid slip on return from water theme rides. Main Restaurant:- It is observed with pain that, some Dietary Vegans or say Pure or strict vegetarians from Karnataka felt inconvenience or serious discomfort while persons in opposite chairs, eating fish. So my humble submission is to arrange or reserve limited tables or a separate veg Section for Dietary vegans or pure Vegetarians, like Indian Coffee House Dharmasala , where separate veg and non veg section are available. Vortex Room :- Very interesting experience. But most of the visitors missing to visit this, because there is no attractive images displayed other than a board mentioned "VORTEX" and a room with two normal doors. Some Visters are not even know the meaning or can't imagine what is inside. So kindly display attractive pictures of the same.

Water Theme Rides. It is very difficult to use more than 85 steps of stair case to reach starting point of Water theme rides without foot wears / slipy steps frequently. Please check the feasibility to provide lift or escalators. General information at Ticket Counter. Kindly arrange to display a board with ticket rate, concessional rates , list of eligible persons under special discount.

Entry Check. At the entry gate, it will be safe, if any medical staff I check the temperature and enquire/check about infectious diseases of visitors, considering the use of general use water...

One of the first things I noticed was the lack of proper rides. Most of the rides were outdated and in need of maintenance. There were only a few rides available, and they were not very thrilling or exciting. It was evident that the park had not invested in updating its rides, and it was disappointing to see the lack of variety and quality.

Another disappointment was the food at the park. The options were limited and the quality was subpar. The prices were also high, considering the quality of the food. It was not up to par with what I would expect from a water park of this size and reputation.

Safety was also a concern. Some of the rides did not seem to be properly maintained, and the safety measures in place were questionable. This was particularly worrisome as water parks are known for their potential safety hazards, and it is crucial for them to prioritize safety at all times.

The ticket price of 690 rupees was quite steep for the overall experience I had. I felt that the park did not offer enough value for the money spent. In my opinion, a maximum of 300 rupees would have been a fair price considering the limited rides, food quality, and safety concerns.

Furthermore, outside the park, I encountered issues with auto taxi drivers who were charging exorbitant fares, taking advantage of tourists. I would recommend using public transportation, such as a bus, to avoid being overcharged by auto taxi drivers.

In conclusion, my visit to Vismaya Water Theme Park in Kannur was not worth the 690 rupee ticket price. The lack of proper rides, subpar food quality, questionable safety measures, and issues with overcharging by auto taxi drivers outside the park were major disappointments.
