We had been to ela once a few years back when we visited snake park. It was renovated and very clean. We had their ela chor and it was very simple and delicious. The staff were very prompt at attending to us. Since then we felt very comfortable popping in to ela whenever we passed by for a small break on the way to Kasaragod and mangalore. Everytime we went there it was different. They keep modifying how they look and the taste just keeps getting better and better. Today we had the kizhi porota many of my friends were talking about. And I should say it was amazing and scrumptious. The combination of porota the curry the salad and something special that I couldn't recognise. I just couldn't resist having more. The dosa was made live In front of us and so was the porota and the milk shakes. They have maintained their hygiene and cleanliness. The small pond in the middle was so relaxing to look at Whilst our meals. They are nature loving I believe as it always have a nature's touch to their looks and taste. The tea was good, I hope they add on the list of different types of tea and snacks served along. Next time I look forward to the alfaham which was just being put on flame when we were leaving. Oh yes and on the way out we noticed they were selling seeds for the veggies and even small plants. Thats when we knew every veggie they use for cooking are plucked from their own garden behind and on top. As I mentioned above they have something new every...
