Deducted one star mainly due to the one way road all the way, we had to keep car at windmill garden take an auto who took 200rs to and fro, the roads are narrow and steep beyond your imagination so better to hire an auto.

Also, there ia a vertical 90degree iron ladder to climb after the curvy ladders, we didnt really expect this and were thinking to return back, however i took a chance to climb and found spectacular views after which my wife also managed some strength to come up.

So be careful about the road and the iron ladder, its a must visit place but dnt take risks of going with your own car or taking elderly people who...

The Light House is adjascent to Devgad fort. For this fort here are only ruins available on the site but it does provide a spectacular view of this little land surrounded by sea from 3 sides.

The light house has entry fee of 20 Rs per person and it open till 5 or 6 PM only (dont remember exactly its 5 or 6). After paying the fee you can go inside the light house and top of it. From there you again get an awesome view of this entire mini peninsula.

If you are coming via Kunkeshwar, dont forget to visit the Devgad Windmill Garden(this is a must visit) and then the Davgad beach which fall on the way to...

A nice small lighthouse that you can actually climb from inside! This is located inside the devgad fort and a must place to visit. There is small tourist fee that they take at the entry gate. One can enter the light house and can climb to the top to get some beautiful views. There is a spiral staircase that is easy to climb. But at the last stage, there an inclined fix steel ladder which you have to climb to get to the top most portion in order to have the views. The light house closes in the evening just before the sun touching horizon as they need to turn on the...
