Tickets for waterpark are over 1700 per head including adventure park, But in adventure park more than half activity are not available due no reason. Pls don't go for it.Terrible .when wave pool is open all other rides are closed. We can play only one time in all rides of adventure park.Only three main rides in water park limited times.Disgusting waste of money.Rates are too high. They are fooling in the name of defence.
The current staffing in the water park is worst, everyone is completely arrogant and if anything happens, they are ready for a fight.Nothing happened to our team but our team got scared. How come people immediately go into the water to fight from any region. The location is close so we recommend it but the current staffing There is no greeting anywhere in the entire water park. The staff is all arrogant. Don't do this. Don't do this. Everyone is trying to scare small children and ladies Also one point water level for small pools are too low. A water park is an amusement park that features water play areas such as swimming pools, water slides, splash pads, water playgrounds, and lazy rivers, as well as areas for floating, bathing, swimming, and other barefoot environments.
8 ways to get the most out of your water park experience
Our recent corporate outing at Diamond Water Park was a very disappointing experience, with multiple issues that made the day far less enjoyable than expected. Here's a breakdown of the problems we faced:
Miscommunication: Right from the start, there were significant communication issues. Despite prior discussions and arrangements, the staff seemed unaware of the details of our booking. This led to unnecessary confusion and delays throughout the day. Mismanagement: The overall management of the park was poor. It felt like there was a lack of coordination, and our group constantly had to chase down staff for assistance. There was no proactive support and we were left to fend for ourselves. Lack of Assistance: For everything we needed, we had to go and ask for help, even from the entry point. There was no clear direction or assistance offered when we arrived, leaving us frustrated from the start. Insufficient Staff for Rides: The park had very few staff members available to operate the rides. Only one or two rides were open at any given time, as they had a total of just four staff members managing everything. This created long waiting times and limited our options for entertainment. Unfulfilled Food Promises: At both breakfast and lunch, the food provided was not in line with what had been agreed upon in the pre-discussed menu. The restaurant manager even showed us proof that they never received the agreed menu, despite it being clearly outlined in the quotation. Limited Drinking Water Access: There was only one water station available at the park, either in the food court or the adventure area. This caused inconvenience, especially when it came to staying hydrated in the heat, as we had to walk long distances to access water. Unhelpful Response to Concerns: When we raised concerns with the staff, the response we received was dismissive. We were told that we would have to “adjust” because of a school trip being present at the park. This response showed a complete irresponsible behavior. Delayed Receipt: The sales person and account team claimed to be too busy to provide us with the receipt for our payment. It took them two weeks to send it over, which was completely unacceptable. Lack of Acknowledgment: Despite raising all of these issues, no one from the park acknowledged or addressed our concerns. It was a frustrating experience, and we felt completely unheard. Overall, our outing at Diamond Water Park was far from enjoyable due to the mismanagement, lack of staff, poor communication, and unfriendly staff. We left feeling very dissatisfied and would not recommend this venue for any team outing/corporate events...
Read moreRecently I revisited Diamond water park. I still remember there was a time 10 years ago it was one of the renowned water park in Pune city. This water park still have the biggest area, more than anyone else sliding options, pools options, and the landscapes they have created recently is also eye catching. But as a reviewer I must analyze the services received vs 750 rupees per head.
Appreciating moment: 1. Changing room, washroom , shower room are good. Can be think for more exhaust or air circulation. 2. Locker room and costume shops staff were very humble and helping. 3. Very good kids pool options. 4. Wave pool is good and dj boost the feel. 5. Various Sliding options are available , actual more than any other water park in Pune. This is good. 6. Very beautiful and photo genic landscapes, pool corners. Do see and like the beautiful photos by me.
Embarising moment: 1. Sliding tubes: Most of the tubes were punctured . Your customers were getting into queue to get filled with air and then going for just a single ride. Risking themself . 2. Kids boat pool: I have uploaded one video just see that. Side railings are opened, broken and rusted. 3. Missing medical assistant sign board or awareness 4. Specialy abled compliance: Please make restaurant entrance to support WheelChair entry. I witness a family with one of the member on wheel chair. They had a tough time to arrange food for the person on chair.
Misslenius: The business trick of Diamond water park for food saying it as complementary little hurted me. I asked for extra Bhatura, and they reminded me "Sir limited". Pakode and Tea were actually not good. Many customer have tasted and left it for dustbin. I cared for wastage so finished it. So Complementary foods even not meet average rating. Aur bura to tab laga jab mere aage ke do bande tagless the aur unko chole bhature bhi mile.
Note: 1.What ever I have written above is my personal opinion , I never recommend anyone to follow my opinion. 2.I respect the Diamond water park management values and business values. My above comments are my efforts to give a honest feedback , so that it may help to improve services provided by Diamond water park. Ek like to banta hai mere review...
