Worst experience ever,never visit this place ...I had very bad experience with their arrogant and disrespectful hotel staff ..if they don't want to give service to customers then why they open the hotel ..yesterday we had booked a table on 10 pm ,due to heavy rain and not getting proper location so we got late only 20 min ,nd when we reached and as soon as staff seen us they off the all hotel lights,and refuse to get in ..they said we can't provide service now ,and manager was too rude nd he taking a name of some politician nd showed his violence on us ...we are came from hadpasar only to visit this hotel nd very badly they treat us ...they spoiled our birthday our time ...they even not informed to us that hotel will close in 10:30 pm ..the question is that then why they accepted the booking order ...how foolish is this management...I recommend to all don't visit this outside place,they don't care about people don't value customers...I wished this hotel will be in gone in...
