We only went to Snow park on a Friday afternoon. It was not crowded . The price for such a short duration was too high. They take money if you have a mobile phone while entering the premises, the purpose of which is unknown. You have to buy socks incase you don't have. The jacket and other accessories are given by them. The place is just a big hall with a town setting and snow on the floor, there are few replicas of a polar bear, seal and deer. There is an igloo. There is a sledge where you can slide down, it's really fun but it's cumbersome to carry the sledge all the way to the top. They should keep the sledges stacked somewhere closer to the top. There is a photographer who takes quite a few pictures, the price of which is exorbitant (950/- for 11 pics) . There is a cannon through which snow blows for few minutes and it falls down like a misty spray. Even though the slot is for 45 minutes, you can't be indoors for more than 20-30 mns, as it's freezing despite the attire. Not worthy for the money paid, but definitely a good one time experience for city people who have never...
Read moreVery disappointed. I visited with my colleagues, family and friends on 6 November 2021. What all made it disappointing is as under:-
Too much crowded. For every single ride we had to be in a queue for almost 2 hours. Worsening was the experience with respect to Express tickets holders. They were given explicit freeway leaving everyone standing and waiting. Food was very costly and pathetic in taste with utterly poor delaying service. There was no ride map handed over along with or on reverse of tickets. No markers or indicators/ pointers were there for ease of customers. Everyone was equally and desperately confused. Unfortunately it rained very heavily today and plans of people who all came from near and far got totally screwed but Imagica management and employees were totally unperturbed with it. No timings were extended and to even think about refunds or extension of validity for existing bought tickets did remain only a begger's unfufilled wish. All in all, Imagica just presented itself to be apathetic and unapologetic money minting machine of...
Read morePathetic, i went to Imagica in October, booked tickets online, however the lady never told me on the call that 2 of the attractions in Imagica ( Rajasauraus and the drop) isn't working, it was only after we reached there we discovered. We travelled (By car) all the way from Bangalore to Imagica, all of us were super excited, but you can imagine how disappointed all of us (8 people, 4kids, 4 adults) were. There was no information on the portal as well. Also, on the call they say you can reschedule tickets anytime, however when we tried to reschedule, they asked for the reschedule charges, which wasn't mentioned, the call centre agent started arguing on the call.. Overall the experience was not great, and I wouldn't suggest people travel far to go to this place, there are better places to go. Still if you want to travel, make sure you enquire about everything...
