The Tiger's Eye adventure park — Attraction in Maharashtra

We and friends had been there with our kids (4yrs) for children's day. Frankly speaking I had expected something different being children's day, however everything was routine. The place is great, but urgently needs a lot of maintenance as well as staff. Though the staff present is polite and helpful, but they are not sufficient to handle everything. Not all activities were functional. As per their policy you can perform an activity only once, I feel that needs to be considered, my 4yr old wished to do an activity again, however the staff refused politely. Considering children's day he could have allowed for once. More provision needs to be made for drinking water. Regarding the food at Ruby restaurant, the lunch buffet had a lot of options and quite a good taste as well, however tandoori roti and Nan were not chewable. They should have served fresh one's on the table, again short of service staff there. Also standing fans could be placed in the buffet area. However giving a 4* rating, as my kid enjoyed thoroughly and there is a lot of potential in the park to become even more amazing once all the activities become...

Tiger’s Eye Adventure Park at Sunny’s World is a total scam!

The place is completely unmanned—the electric gates are broken, and anyone can walk into the activity area without any checks, posing serious safety risks. Despite charging a hefty fee, 90% of the activities and equipment are non-functional. There’s no staff to monitor or guide visitors, yet they shamelessly take bookings knowing the park is in shambles.

When we asked for a refund because there was practically nothing to do, they flat-out refused. After wasting hours hunting for an instructor—who was found sleeping in a tent—they had the audacity to argue with us for entering the activity area! Instead of managing the park or assisting visitors, they leave it deserted and then misbehave with paying customers.

They also boast about a nearby restaurant, Shivlingam, but guess what? That too is non-operational, adding to the disappointment.

This place is a blatant rip-off, looting people and ruining their experience. Do not waste your time and hard-earned money visiting this scam. Spare yourself the frustration and...

Place is still under construction. No proper parking or ticket counter in place. Major Safety violations in all games. No safety jacket in boat rides, no safety padding. They are not checking age of children before suggesting games In the trampoline park, padding came off exposing sharp nails & steel rods. There were around 15 kids playing there at the time. All parents came rushing in to stop the kids .The Handler just placed the padding back with his fist and asked the kids to carry on. We were pretty shocked . When we complained he said I have to go for lunch at 1 pm, just finish your time and go. Tigers eye has rude handlers and ignorant staff.
