Staff(the lady at the wall climbing place) was extremely rude. Please teach her some manners.

There was no AC or air cooler running inside, n it felt like sitting in a tandoor for one whole hour. When we complained about it to the staff, they bluntly said : since there is power cut, hence we can't run AC and you will have to live with it.

See, If you can't arrange proper power back up then why are you charging exorbitant money for such average service.

There is no separation of jumping spaces for kids and adults inside the trampoline area. Are you kidding me, Are you waiting for some accidents before realising the safety concern for small kids here.

Even most basic amenity like free drinking water was not available.
