Extremely bad, would not book it again, neither would recommend anyone.

Reasons 1 - the room was not ready in time . Check in time 1 pm , I reached at 1:50 but did not get the room till 2:10 2 - there was no shower gel , I discovered it while I was in the shower . They refilled it 20 minutes later 3 - the room was not clean. 4 - the fridge was not defrosted 5 - the bedsheet was torn , when I separated the blanket I realized it 6 - the road to reach here is completely in bad shape , my Uber driver almost did not want to drop here ! 7 - I lost it with a leaking AC. 8 - extremely bad listening skill of the service staff , I asked them to come in room to show all this and discuss, have been waiting since...

I was looking forward to book a room at this hotel for 6 days for my work related trip. I checked the price on MMT for their best room and it was 15,748/- for 6 days. I decided to call their reception and ask them about the room and amenities. The receptionist lady asked me about the price that MMT was offering me and She asked to wait for sometime and told me that she could offer better deal offline on call. Couple of minutes later she texted me book online if I’m getting better price offline and I check on MMT again, they had increased the price by approximately 6k lol from 15,748 to 21,149. Cheap tricks guys. But since I got a much better deal at a much better hotel...

It was very good experience with scarlet .I must admit this is the first time am seeing an hotel that gives me a feel of how hotel look like .the ambience cleanliness and costomer service is unrivalled....
