I will tell you about this beach and timings and rules, regulations and do's and don'ts in this review.

This beautiful beach is one of my favourite relaxing destination, this beach is awesome one with all the needed amenities. We have Sea, long seashore, path for walking, stone benches, harbour, rock path (harbour entrance), kids Park, Restaurant, Snacks shops (Pani poori, sundal, ice cream, Baji, corn, cool drinks, toy shop, keychains shop), paid play area (carousel, gun shooting, jumping mat etc..)

Beach and park are well maintained, need little extra care on the seashore maintenance, if you walk little bit away from the rock path towards pine forest, I found lots of broken liquor bottles on the shore.

Timings: The beach is opened for 24/7 but people or not allowed to water after 6pm sometimes 7pm

Light house is opened till 6pm and people are allowed to visit top of the light house with a nominal fee (Rs. 20) when I last time visited

Don'ts: Don't plan to bath in this beach, it's not safe due to following reasons River and sea merge nearby so swirls will be there and it's dangerous. Don't throw the waste on beach or park, please put them on dustbin Don't walk on sides of rocks If you are visiting the beach, and decide to walk on the rock, my advice is to walk on the top of rocks instead of walking on the sides of the rock, because it's slippery. During my each visit I see few people falling while walking on...

A peaceful and delightful place for clear mind stress and the sea waves will takeover the upsets with its pleasant tides. On a full moon day as this pic, such a romantic and beautiful visiting place for couples and kids to enjoy nature's beauty and peace. The parking area and beach are quite distant when compared to many other beaches across Tamilnadu. The beach was quite slushy as well. Policemen were sending back people by 6 PM and not allowed after - a sorry state definitely. Have to walk a bit more than normal from the parking lot to the beach. It was too hot even in dec- january. rocky and a bit dirty near the sea and Should visit. entry ticket is charged to go to the light house. If reached the beach after sunset. The water was far away. It wasn’t well lit and there were just a few guys sitting in the walls near the beach. It is totally avoidable. Best place to visit, gud entertainment on Weekend, Sunday is very special with a heavy crowd at Beach. A walk or drive from the Arasalaar Bridge to the Karaikkal beach is an enjoyable activity at karaikkal. The road is well laid and has seats made of trunks of trees on the pavement on one side and the river with fishing boats on...

Karaikal Beach is a peaceful spot to spend some time, but it leaves a mixed impression overall. On the positive side, the beach is less crowded compared to other popular coastal destinations, making it a calm place to relax and enjoy the sea breeze. The wide sandy shore offers space for evening walks, and the view of sunrise is truly beautiful. Families and youngsters can spend time here without too much disturbance.

However, the beach needs better upkeep and maintenance. Litter in certain areas and lack of proper seating arrangements reduce the experience. Facilities like restrooms, food stalls, and proper lighting are quite limited, especially during evenings. Parking is available, but it could be better organized.

Overall, Karaikal Beach is worth a short visit for its serenity and natural beauty, but it still requires more development and cleanliness to make it a truly enjoyable...
