I have visited several times here in morning and night as well. In morning the park looks very nice with full of green plants, grass, trees, beautiful flowers, there are lots of sitting arrangements, so many toys installed for kids for which I have given 3 stars. But when you see at night, there is no lights in the park. Totally darkness in the park. There must great light ambience as the Tiki lights already installed in the park but they are not working.
