Snackers — Restaurant in Punjab

I recently visited Snackers and had a deeply disappointing experience. My dining companion and I ordered food totaling Rs. 150. However, when the bill arrived, we were shocked to see an additional Rs. 200 charge, bringing the total to Rs. 350. When we questioned this extra charge, the owner rudely insisted that we had spent three hours in the restaurant, which was not true. Our actual stay was only 15 minutes.

Upon requesting to review the security footage to verify our claim, the staff refused. This lack of transparency and the rude behavior of the owner left a very bad impression. Overall, the experience was extremely unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend this establishment. This is not a good place for family and friends.
