SkyJumper Trampoline Park - Jalandhar — Attraction in Punjab

I recently visited SkyJumper Trampoline Park in Jalandhar, and while the concept is great, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. There are several areas where serious improvements are needed.

First and foremost, the payment system is very limiting. While I understand the push towards digital payments, not everyone uses UPI—especially international visitors. It's frustrating that they don’t accept cash or international cards. If you expect to serve a wider audience, including tourists, please provide alternative payment options like a card machine that supports international transactions.

Secondly, the staff is unfriendly and unapproachable. Not a single smile or greeting, which is really disappointing, especially in a place meant for children and families. A simple smile and welcoming attitude go a long way in hospitality and customer service—it costs nothing but makes a big difference.

Another major issue was the annoying recording that plays once the time is over. Either have someone politely inform the guests when their session ends, or stop the recording once the users leave the play area. I noticed it continued playing unnecessarily for around 10 minutes, which was just unpleasant and disruptive.

Lastly, the staff inside the play area seemed more focused on enforcing rules than engaging with the children. In a place like this, it would be great to see the staff interacting positively with the kids instead of acting like strict guards.

SkyJumper has a lot of potential, but it really needs to work on customer experience, payment flexibility, and staff attitude to live up to expectations.

I recently (30th Dec,2023) visited the Trampoline Park in Jalandhar with our family, and it was an absolute blast! From the moment we walked in, the energy and excitement were contagious. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

The variety of trampoline activities kept both kids and adults entertained for hours. The park had a great mix of options, from dodgeball courts to foam pits, ensuring there was something for everyone in the family. The safety measures in place were impressive, making us feel secure while enjoying the various attractions.

What stood out the most was the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. They were always ready to assist, ensuring everyone followed safety guidelines and had an enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was lively, and it was evident that the staff takes pride in creating a positive environment for visitors.

Overall, our family had an amazing time at the Trampoline Park in Jalandhar. It's a fantastic place for both kids and adults to have fun and get some exercise. We'll definitely be coming back for more family adventures!

Other than this I lost my ring in the park and then I contacted the staff and reported this incident. They took this request on very serious notes and helped me alot. I was in touch with Mr. Govind Sehgal who handled my case with very urgency and deligency. I highly recommend this place as Govind helped me to find my ring and helped me with the updated throughout the search process.

I visited SkyJumper Jalandhar today, and while it was an enjoyable experience, I couldn't help but compare it to its Amritsar counterpart, which I had visited previously. Unfortunately, the Jalandhar branch falls short in terms of size and the number of activities offered.

That being said, the facilities and services at SkyJumper Jalandhar were top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the equipment was well-maintained and safe. The trampolines were a lot of fun, and the dodgeball arena was a great place to challenge friends and family.

However, I was disappointed to find that the Jalandhar branch offered fewer activities compared to the Amritsar branch. The Amritsar branch had a much larger play area, more trampolines, and additional activities like rock climbing and a foam pit.

Overall, I would recommend SkyJumper Jalandhar to anyone looking for a fun and active day out. However, if you're expecting a similar experience to the Amritsar branch, you might be slightly...
