It was my son’s first birthday and someone suggested me this shop provides best cake in jalandhar but my experience with them is so worse. Firstly, they came half an hour late in hotel to setup cake and my son was about to sleep which they told me in starting cake will be on time. Secondly, as you can see in pictures i ordered them this same green cake in blue colour and it was train based cocomelon theme cake. There were 3 people to setup cake but they couldn’t set train to run on track it was keeping stopping and giving me excuse that train battery is low even though cake is not setup yet and battery is low how stupid it’s to listen and we need to go back to shop and bring new train then it will be 10pm and my son will be sleeping and i spoke to owner he said chef is there don’t worry he will fix but he said i cant fix this sorry and in the end i have to cut cake like this, i don’t know why i paid them 6k for this useless cake and they take full payment while ordering because they know how to make low quality cake and provide bad service to customers even no original toys on cake just pictures of cartoon and no lights inside glass box of balls.
