It was a beautiful waterfall. If you wanna to see the beauty of nature and feel the music of water..go to the top,you will enjoy it.The rainy season is good to catch these movement and the best time is in between 8am to 2pm(if you are planing to go to top end with families!!) This is an awesome place to be in monsoon. We visited the place in June 2024. There are multiple waterfalls next to each other, as seen in the pictures there are 3 falls. The waterfall is located about 2-3 Kms from the Marittochal village. One has to trek about 50-60 minutes while going towards the waterfall as it is uphill. While returning one could return in less than half an hour. On reaching the waterfall the path splits into 3 paths. One going to the foothill, one to the top and one to the opposite hill. Foot of the waterfall is where you would want to be in monsoon. Please see the pictures attached and you will understand Enjoy!!! TIP: There is no entrance fee. No food or medical aid is available nearby. Please carry medical kit and food & water. Date of experience: June 2024

Nice place for a family outing on a holiday.. Jodia waterfall or bilpuri waterfall is 7km from Dharampur. You need to trek about 1-1.5kms to reach this waterfall. You'll find rush here on public holidays in mansoon. On other days, you'll not find creature here. So, be prepared for that. Come with food and water from home. Some villagers provides vada-pav and some snacks. I went there on 15th August and there was ample crowd. We went lesser crowded uphill waterfall. Overall enjoyed the scenery and bathing in fall.

Beautiful waterfall, Located at a distance of 5 km from Dharampur and situated amongst some of the most picturesque views and serene surroundings, Bilpudi Jodiya waterfall is a true gift of nature. This place remains clustered by tourists all year long especially during weekends. The waterfall looks elegant yet dominant while falling from a height of just 20 feet to 30 feet. Hills view also very beautiful. Easy to reach here and safe also

Location: 12 km from Dharampur, on Barumal Road, 2 km from main road

Water Flow: June – November Mid

Accessibility: Medium

Tourist Rush: High on Weekends, Less otherwise

Food: None

Reaching to Bottom: Possible

Driving Directions: Roads are single, yet to construct and muddy. Two opposite cars can’t pass at the same time. Cars can go upto a certain point, after that you have to walk to reach near falls. That walk in lap of nature will blow your mind with the smell of fresh air.

Parking space near Bhairav Nath Temple

Dissecting Names of Jodiya Waterfalls There are two waterfalls in that area. So they are called as Jodiya waterfalls.

One crashes from 30 feet. Another one is falling from 20 feet.

However, that’s a name given by tourists.

The waterfalls are otherwise originally known as Mavli Mata waterfalls.

First waterfall is called as, Sonajal Dhodh.

Second one is called as, Roopajal Dhodh.

Great place to be Bring some food with you ( please don't leave it there, don't pollute) If you are with kids it's long walk so be prepared to lift them if they are tired of walking. If you owe car it's long walk, if you come with two wheeler and you have guts you can drive as near as you can as it's hilly and muddy. There are 2 falls both are good. Loved the small one which is on the east side. The bin one is also good but too crowdy. You will find pakodas , corn, peanut here so bring your food with you. Best time is August-sept go in afternoon so that the combination of hot sun and cold water will be satisfactory. Barumal jyortirling is near by in 5 km area must visit Aarti time is between 1830 to 1900 There are nice restaurant on...
