Amba Satram Temple — Attraction in Telangana

I have visited the amba Satram on 7th Aug 2018. The main reason is to have darshan of 'rama lakshman gundigalu' (gundigalu' means big vessel for cooking) . Approximately 150/200 years back subject to correction one tapasvi who feed the pilgrims with out saying 'no' through out his life time . On one day he faced some problem to discharge his duty hence he prayed the bhagavan . Immediatley two persons reached the Satram prepared the food and asked the tapasvi to permit them to have bath in river Godavari which is adjacent to the Satram and left . Afterwards the tapasvi learned that they are 'Rama& Lakshman' Jai Sitaram Jai Jai Sitaram. Afterwards they put that gundigalu for darshan to the pilgrims. This auspicious place is now maintaing by srungeri peetham. Now they r maintaing Gosala, vedapatasala, Ramakoti stupam along with homams. bhagavan Krishna idol is in the center of Gosala they installed fans also to gomathas. A peaceful and very good location. Around 350 metres distance from badhrachala ramayya temple and is walkable. Amba satram is maintained by sringeri saradamba paeetam and here we have gosala , bala tripura sundari mata temple and veda paatasala. They will perform annadaanam (Anna prasadam) daily and one need to update details before 9AM for anna prasadam. We can get the rooms for rent in Amba satram ( both A/c and non A/c). The rooms are very spacious and very well maintained with neatness. There is enough car parking too. Famous godavari river is also near by...

Divine place. With the presence of divinity the atmosphere is filled with devotional vibes. A topping is the presence of vedic students chanting vedic hyms.A hungry person comming here will surely be filled with food and a hunger soul looking for divinity will also find solace here.
