Ganesh Ghol Mandir — Attraction in Thane

This is one of the hidden and treasure at Shilphata to Mhape Road.

A calm and cool place with the auspicious Ganapati Temple. Totally surrounded with forest area. Long steps climb of 5/7 minutes to reach the Temple. But for sure you will love to climb in the refreshing morning air. The woods are dense and no sunlight.

At the top there is a small Math well maintained. The place is over all clean and calm. Though it is on the busiest road it is totally calm & cool inside.

Sometimes it's a nice hangout for young couples around😍🤓.

Do visit only in the early morning hours and feel the mother nature around you and let Ganpati Bappa🙏 Bless you.

A secluded temple at peak on outskirts of dombivli. Situated on narrow Shilphata - Mahape pipeline road this temple is not easy reach for walkin devotees hence you will need vehicle to reach here or you can walk from shilphata chowk. The ganesha face you can see is natural discovery from mountain and is well maintained by resident sadhu and caretaker family next to temple. Must visit for a beautiful view of temple within protected nature very close to city. And do not forget to carry garlands, flowers or prasad as best part is there are not shops around to chase you to buy...

Located on the hill road connecting Shilphata and Mhape.

Visit this place in Morning or Evening.Its surrounded by trees and lush greenery.There is ample parking space for 6-7 cars.But parking is at owners risk.

There are around approx 300 -400 steps to climb.At the top is the Ganesh Ghol Mandir.

There is an ashram having houses and meditation rooms for Sadhus.People bring fruits and food for the Sadhus.

There is also a Goshala housing 5-6 bovines.
