Please save your money and read these cons before you book because there are no pros

Bathroom: The most unhygienic I have ever seen. Basin water directly falling on the floor due to broken pipe. Jet spray, stand broken too.

Wifi: There was no wifi as opposed to what is mentioned here. House keeper told us they didn’t have it for a week. Staffs kept telling us they’re working on it but in our 2 days stay there was none. No TV as well.

Cockroaches/Mosquitoes: The room was filled with mosquitoes. We got rid of them somehow just to see a cockroach running on the bed.

Water: The most basic facility a hotel can provide is water. But here forget about hot water, they did not even had a bottled water. When asked for water they gave me a small size open cap plastic bottle in which they filled water by their own hands. The guy said it’s clean you can drink it. I don’t think anyone can drink such water.

AC: The AC was at 16 degrees and yet I woke up sweating because it was faulty, not giving sufficient cooling.

Broken night lamps, cracked walls, Dirty bedsheets and reused towels were some more in the list of bad experiences. They will provide you with 2 small Rs. 5 medimix soap for your stay. Nothing else you will get.

I would advise you to not stay here.. it’s overpriced with bare minimum facilities. Unless you want it for few hours...

Booked 9 rooms for rs3000 per nyt for 3 nyts. Fully regret it! The rooms are filty with dust on EVERY surface. Told receptionist Sneha who said she wud send someone to clean the rooms, after 4 visits to recetion and 4 hours later still no sign of anyone. I cleaned just the bed head board and the towel used turned black! Picture above! Have told sneha we wont be staying another night should this issue not be resolved. Some members of the group have asthma and the dust is so bad its triggered it off! Even after telling the service staff this-theyve not bothered and say give us 10 minutes! ||We are a large family group and all 9 rooms are filthy. Some even had filthy stained bed sheets! Only 2 towels per room of 4?! 2 bottles of water per room of 4! One of the rooms booked had no lighting and after 3 hours did this get looked into. Bedside telephones don't work, the "free" wifi keeps disconnecting-the hotel even have a wifi named "royal sex lounge" so asked the recetion wat sort of hotel this is, sneha smirked and didnt reply! Seen women entering the hotel with men n leave a few hours after! Questioned the staff to which no answer was given.|We have a few children in our party!
