Anandi Water is is one of the worst waterpark in India if compare it with Wanderla-Kochi, Imagica-Mumbai, wonderla-Bangalore, Aquatica-Kolkatta. Let me share my experience in sequence. #Location and Approach# The connecting road from Locknow- Faizabad road to Anandi water Park is running parallel to a canal. The road is very narrow and full of dust. If a vehicle is coming from either any side, you will have to search place to pass carefully, otherwise either you will be in fall in canal or on the opposite side. #Parking# Very small parking and parking charge is Rs.20/- . It is extra other than the entry ticket. When I came back near to my bike evening, found that, my bike location has been changed to a new place and my handle lock was broken.
when I asked the parking in-charge, he started arguing with me and not at all ready to accept the misconduct and said, do what ever you want.
#Entry Ticket# costly than expected. Rs. 800/- for water park + Rs.200 buffet Lunch = Rs. 1000/- fur adult Rs. 600/- for water park + Rs.200 buffet Lunch = Rs. 8000/- fur kids
Many of the rides are restricted for kids and even a kid diet is 1/4th of an adult then why they are charging so much. #Locker Facility# Rs. 50/- refundable security deposit for one locker. One locker is complementary for each entry ticket and 2nd locker is chargeable.Very worst manged locker room. It is very very congested and provided with series of locker shelf. Locker size is also very small. many people are using locker room each time, therefore the floor has a 3 inch water accumulation and you dont have a dry place to eith keep your bag or change.
They have a separate shoe stand and even after paying Rs.1000/- for entry , you have to pay separately for safe guard of your shoe. #Water Park and Rides# waiting time for rides are very long. Staff are not cooperative. Very congested area. Dozens of rides provided in a small area. The landing zone for every slide is made 1 feet, therefore when you slide down - hit your but on the floor and feel a heavy shock in your spinal chord.
Maintenance of the slides are zero. The surface of the slide needs to be coated with anti friction coat time to time, but here the outer layer is peeled off and there is no smoothness. therefore when you slide down, you will stuck in between, then either by walk or by crawling you have to comedown.
Worst managed water park. Many of the rides are not working. The water park authority dictate your activity. When they want they will close all the slide activity and force you to go to rain floor or the the wave. The activity is once in a day time and that to gender separation. They will stop rest of the slides and force you to go to wave activity. For this reason it is over crowded. when males are enjoying, females are mute spectator and vice versa.
I climbed to the roof top to experienced the big slide and mean time they stop that. When I complain, the staff argued with me said "dont teach me, how to operate and when to operate the slides.
There's a lazy river but there is no directional flow, not tubes on which you can sit and float.
Many pools are with stinky water. Ladies hair are floating like anything and it will stick to your hand. Dirt and leaves are clearly visible on the pool surface. No proper water treatment and filtration. Very dirty water and unhygenic.
#Food# Good Buffet Vage Lunchbut the drinking water they provided is not mineral water rather it is pure tap water filled in bottle.
#Final Verdict# Worst staff behavior. worst management. Worst managed facility. Worst Pool. worst Lazy River. Worst wave activity
