I was expecting something like a museum here but was utterly disappointed.. you could see only the names of the martyred soldiers on the board..

Gorkha war memorial 'Batasia Loop' is a very beautiful sport of Darjeeling.Batasia means airy space.It is near Ghum station.You can see Kanchanjunga from here.Their is a beautiful flower garden inside and toy train passing track.It is a mind freshing place. Mesmerizing place near Darjeeling...famously for its war memorial and surrounding joy trains...magical moments...
