Kuntum Farmfield — Attraction in Bogor

Ticket @ 70K/ person. Inside area still have to pay separate fee according to activity ( such as riding horse), food for animal should buy separately inside.

The area is quite large, but the landscape contour has too many stairs, not accommodating elderly people. There are several pavilions (for groups/communities that have events, you can go here) & places to sell animal feed. Consisting of areas for guinea pigs & harmsters, rabbits, goats & cows, buffalo, poultry such as chickens, birds, geese, turkeys. Fish such as fishing ponds, koi fish, catfish etc., also horse pony area.

When Oktober 2023 We visit this place together with kindergarten school fieldtrip, some area are still in renovation. When last Idulfitri holiday (April 2023) before, there still an artificial river that swan/ goose can swim. But now ( October- November 2023) it's still renovating. They also have farm area such as vegetables, sweet potato, etc. Plenty Parking lot. Lack of restaurant. Only have 2-3 food stall located near the entrance counter such as food court sells instant snack, some food & beverages. Oh yeah there is also chicken farm, I think they are selling/ supply the chickens alive to market. Good place for kids learning farm...

I was interested when my wife told me about this place, imagined my daughter could play and learned about the farming lives. But no... wait... The location is quite good, has enough parking lots. They provide the toilets but not too well maintained. The service of food court inside was slow, the price was high as expected.

Some the animals looked like very hungry. They provided the animals' food for Rp 5000, and I saw the goats were fighting to eat when we serve the food for them 😰😰

I went to the rabbits' nest and looked the people could catch the rabbits then took photo or just showed the rabbits to their children. The rabbits looked stress, poor rabbits.

Then I saw a small pond, full of children, and they were catching the fishes. So we could rent the pond for Rp 100.000 and they would give 20 small fishes to catch. And terrible, the children was caught the fishes and then threw them again and caught again.. very very disturbing scene.

Ride pony horses, feed the rabbits, goats and sheep, catching fish, and panting the paddies! Ride a buffalo then wash it together! Learn to plant and harvest vegetables! This place is so fun, especially if you want to introduce farm life to them. The ticket price is 50.000 idr for one person. If you want to do the activity, you need to pay more. Such as by the milk or buy the grass. But to rent the hat named caping, is free. You can also buy some plant or flower from there. In my opinion, it will be more fun if your kids go there in a group, with school mate for example. Because they will do the activity together. I guarantee, at least for a day, they will forget about their virtual turrets, tanks...
