CitraLand Waterpark — Attraction in Denpasar Utara

This is the first time we visit this nice waterpark. It's most appreciated by kids untill about 10 years old. The park is new (2 years) and well maintained. Entrance fee is 35/50k weekdays/weekend and holidays. Downside is the lack of the management to make the staff do their work: The floor of the small food court was not cleaned for at least a few hours. There was plastic and food all over the place. When we asked to an employee who was sitting there all the time doing nothing, who was doing the cleaning, she sayd: me! After cleaning around our table she disappeared leaving the rest of the place dirty but came back half an hour later to do some more cleaning. For the pool the same: the pool is clean but it would be nice if a few times per day somebody would scoop out the leaves, flowers and plastic waste that was accumulating in a few spots in the pools. Conclusion: very nice place that would be a great place with the right mentality of management and staff. Came here a few times and always a great experience. So much so that we decided to hold our child's birthday party there. Absolutely satisfied with their service. The party was well organized and everyone had amazing. Just dont do it on a sunday cause its just way too crowded. If you could possibly do it on a weekday, it would feel like you have a private party because there are rarely other visitors on weekdays. We had ours on a saturday and it was great. There were plenty other visitors but the space was really big that we didnt feel like it was too crowded for our party. We booked all the cabanas so it was even more comfortable. Always reserve your cabana ahead of time! They only have 6 and it goes fast. Floaties are free to use with the slides, but you must bring your own towels as there are none to rent. Food from outside is forbidden. Free entry for children under 3 or certain hights. Tickets are 35k on weekdays and 50k weekends. Cabanas cost 30k+20k deposit that you get back upon leaving. We just did this citraland waterpark this afternoon,where it is located at Jl. Cargo, ubung.this is a great place to do water activities in the afternoon. Entrance fee is 35 thousands per person from sunday to friday and 50 thousand per person for saturday and sunday. It is open from14.00 till 18.00. There are lockers which is rent for 10 thousand. There are 2 big pools for kids and adult. 3 small water slides for kids and 2 big water slide for teen or adult as well. Moreover few gazebos located in the nothern part of this waterpark, rest rooms and even seller food on the side. Not to much visitors on week day and probably crowded on the weekend. Parking is enough for cars and motorcycle. Feels like we are not in the city, cause when starting to enter to this location, it is bit quiet. But we like it. At last for suggestion, the water quite dirty some flowers around the water and the southern pools bit dark, you guys need to maintain this pools...
