Gosha Kitchen & Patisserie Gatsu — Restaurant in Denpasar Barat

I will said that we come late around 8.50 pm, but something that you have to take a note: We ordered pasta (al dente), grilled sausage, water, milky drinks, oat latte, and 2 kind of ice cream. Ok we know servers are working for long time more than 7 hours, but the management need to consider to train the staff about how to smile or to be professional because they’re really look tired and like don’t want to serve us because it will be time to go home/ last order. I don’t understand that they forgot to put it on system or the barista forgot to make my coffee till i ask where is my coffee then they just make it. Please also consider to train the staff about menu knowledge, i think it’s not really good when you’ve good food but they didn’t know how to explain the menu even though just a simple question that i ask (can you make hot oat latte?). Ice cream station is the worst of all service, first of all I already ordered an ice cream on the table, then i ask the staff and the staff escorting to the ice cream station, of course if there are any customers we queue but when it’s my turn the ice cream server just like ignore me and offer the ice cream to the person who comes after me (?) Then again please train the staff about menu when i ask the dubai chocolate it’s knafe or not they can’t answer me. I know it’s not all of your staff will serve the same things, we used to come to gosha in renon and TSM they’re good in there but this is the first time we came to gatsu and got this experience, please gosha gatsu management follow up this things because you’ve same name in any place but...

Come there alone after seeing a doctor in hospital due having terrible headache n nousea, to have lunch n medicine in quite.. i arrive there around 1.30pm (expecting bit low number of guest compare to 12 noon). No greeter, the atmosphere very noisy plus the echo of group chatting. Try to find seat in corner where less group of people (but unable find) where the empty seat, the table is still mess.. Going to the back area (smoking area) the same, even worse due to the heat like slapping me in face.. I approach 1 staff that looks not soo busy and asking if there any seat available inside only for 1 person and i dont mind to share with other person that come alone or couple i said, he just said wait and he went.. about 7minutes i was standing there with headache and heat over my face, than i go in again to the non smoking area when i see a group of people were leaving.. i try to drag the table a little bit corner, but one of the waitress said sorry, this place is reserved (until i'm leaving no person seating there), so i ends up sitting in table 30 just right next to the standing ac. I asked first if i could sit there, then she said ok.. After giving and taking my menu (in rush), then i realize that the table is very shakey not balance and keep on turning round whenever we put our hand on it.. really not a...
